On Friday 26 November, award winning property services company, Caridon Group, added to its accolades, achieving silver for ‘Community Champion of the Year’ at the Negotiator Awards.
Established in 2008, The Negotiator Awards has become the most prestigious awards ceremony in the property industry calendar, growing in popularity and stature every year, with this year receiving the largest number of entries so far.
The 2021 finalists were announced at a sparkling gala dinner attended by 900 guests and hosted by TV presenter, star and comedian Rob Beckett at the five-star Grosvenor House on Park Lane.
The event now has 33 categories, including regional awards, with the category of ‘Community Champion of the Year’ being one of the most fiercely competitive – this year seeing 19 organisations shortlisted.
The awards are judged by a stellar panel of individuals – leaders and experts with the reputation of being among the highest achievers in the residential property industry. This is the first year that Caridon Group has entered The Negotiator Awards, so to achieve silver in such a prestigious category is testament to the dedication and hard work of everyone at the company.
