The Caridon Foundation works in partnership with organisations who are the best placed to support our tenants with complex needs, while they are living in our accommodation.
We believe that It is also important for our tenants to be linked into the appropriate services within their local community, allowing for continued support which empowers our tenants to become more independent.
Having clear referral pathways helps The Caridon Foundation ensure that the resident receiving a holistic support package, can successfully gain skills to resettle into the community and move into independent accommodation.
